Godfrey Hirst is proud of our manufacturing processes and guarantee all our carpets against defects in materials and workmanship.  Our Australian After Sales Service team can be relied upon to respond to any consumer queries or concerns with our products.

Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In addition, Godfrey Hirst products come with a range of performance guarantees for carpets when used in an owner occupied residential premises, tailored to the specific product and its attributes.  Any individual product’s guarantee can be established by checking the labels on the back of carpet samples or by asking the retailer.
