Godfrey Hirst is proud of its hard floor products and we offer a warranty on all our hard flooring products against defects in materials and workmanship. Our Australian After Sales Service team can be relied upon to respond to any consumer queries or concerns with our products.
Our goods come with warranties that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In addition, Godfrey Hirst products come with a range of performance warranties for hard flooring when used in an owner occupied residential premises, tailored to the specific product and its attributes. Any individual product’s warranty can be established by checking the labels on the back of samples or by asking the retailer.
