Profiles

Square Edge.
Square Edge hard flooring is made up of boards cut to exactly 90 degrees. Perpendicular square edges fit snugly together between one board and another. This creates a finish that is clean and super-sleek, perfect for minimalist and contemporary spaces.
Micro-Beveled Edge.

Cracks and Checks
You will come across gentle reminders of your timber floors previous journey through nature, in the form of subtle cracks and checks. These unique markings can be caused by temperature, dry or humid conditions or high winds. These cracks are generally filled with epoxy, or artfully restored in the case of our Vintage timbers.
Knots
Knots, circular or oval-shaped features in wood grain, bring a distinct charm to your floor. These natural markings occur when a branch emerges from the main trunk, creating a darker-coloured center. Open knots are filled with matching-coloured filler, seamlessly blending with the surrounding wood.
Medullary Rays

Engineered Timber Construction Explained
- Wearguard® polyurethane coating system incorporates 9 layers of UV cured coating that protects your floor from everyday wear and tear.
- A carefully selected hardwood surface layer of genuine timber provides a unique look with distinct knot and grain variation.
- A core layer comprised of either Multiply or cross-laminated Hevea or Oak ensures maximum stability. Cross-lamination ensured that the product remains balanced and stable in normal conditions.
- A bottom balancing layer runs in the same direction as the hardwood top for grounding stability.
