Dream Home 9: Mariote Coastal Haven with Oak & Orange
Friends and co-founders Heather and Sarah are the creative duo behind Oak & Orange, an interior design business that has transformed unique new builds over the past decade.
For Dream Home 9, Mariote Coastal Haven, they worked with Better Built Homes to create a custom build that embodies warmth, elegance, and coastal charm. The vision for Dream Home 9 was clear: a modern retreat that reflects the beauty of its seaside surroundings.
The design pairs high-end finishes with a relaxed, beachside style, bringing out the best in this warm, welcoming space. The open living areas and hallways feature engineered timber from the Oak Elegance range in 510 Coastal Oak in both the original and Chevron styles. The unique Chevron design elevates the space, and the natural grain of the timber enhances the home’s coastal character.
